If you are searching for more options, just fifteen minutes away by car is the prestigious University of the Philippines Diliman Campus, and a bit further south, you will find Miriam College and Ateneo De Manila University. You actually do not have to look far because just down Congressional Avenue is Metro North Medical Center and Hospital. The great thing about the Congressional Town Center is that it is smack dab in the middle of Quezon City’s commercial district. If you want a bit of casual shopping or when you need to buy groceries, you can just walk from the condominium towards the Cherry Foodarama Supermarket, a huge grocery store where you can find all of your household needs. Just across the street from Cherry Foodarama, you will find Northridge Place, a small commercial complex where you can find all kinds of boutiques and shops.

A bit further down Congressional Avenue, there is the Circle C Mall, a “smallish” mall where you can find bargains on clothes, gadgets, and other stuff. If you need even more shopping choices, hop on a jeepney and in less than ten minutes, you will reach two of the largest malls in the country - SM City North EDSA and Ayala Malls’ Trinoma.

If you are looking for bars, cafes, or restaurants, the Congressional Avenue area does not have a shortage of them. Literally just outside the main lobby of the Congressional Town Center, you will already find a couple of coffee shops, fast food restaurants, and other services. If you want even more choices, there are several food parks along the length of Congressional Avenue. These food parks serve all kinds of cuisines - some of them you might not even have heard of before.
